Declaration and consentI confirm these details are true and the documents are genuine. I understand the Andhra Pradesh Softball Association will store my name, date of birth, contact details, photo and documents to verify my age, register me as a player, select teams and issue certificates, and will share them only with the District and State associations and the national federation for those purposes, as permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. I can ask to see or correct my data through my District Secretary.

Review and submit

Check everything once. Name, date of birth and district cannot be changed after your District Secretary approves you.

What happens next

Your District Secretary checks the DOB proof and approves or returns your registration, usually within a few working days. You will get a Player ID like APSA-2026-000123 straight away and can sign in to track progress.

Issued the moment you submit: APSA · registration year · your serial number for that year. Use it to sign in and quote it on every entry form and certificate.
