What we collect, why, and what is shown publicly. Most registered players are minors, so the public site shows the minimum needed to identify a player and verify a certificate.

What we collect
When a player registers we collect name, date of birth, gender, district, school, guardian name and contact, mobile number, e-mail, a photograph and proof of date of birth. District and State officials record team entries, results and certificates against the player’s record.
Why we collect it
- To verify age and identity for the category a player competes in.
- To run State Championships — draws, schedules, results and certificates.
- To select and register Andhra Pradesh squads for national events.
- To contact players, guardians and District Secretaries about entries and results.
What is public
A public player profile shows only the player’s name, Player ID, district, positions, participation history, medals, national selections, awards and certificate numbers. Date of birth, contact details, guardian details, photographs of identity documents and addresses are never shown publicly. A player or guardian may ask the district association to hide the public profile.
Certificate verification shows only the name, Player ID, event, category, detail and issue date recorded on the certificate.
Who can see the full record
The player (through the Player portal), the player’s District Secretary, and State officials of the Association. Access is logged.
Retention
Registration records are retained for the player’s competitive career and the statutory period required by the national federation: Pending.
Your rights
To correct or remove your data, contact your District Secretary or the state office through the contact page. Grievance officer: Pending.
